Custom Signs

The Sign Systems team is committed to staying ahead of the curve of sign and graphics technology. Combining new materials and techniques with a dedication to quality craftsmanship, we are able to offer more cutting edge signage solutions every day.

Here, the customer’s logo comes to life in a combination of quality materials. Router-cut aluminum engraving stock is given depth with high density urethane panels, and backed with digitally printed vinyl for a uniquely striking effect.

Our striking vinyl graphics aren’t just for banners anymore. This impressive 20 foot long digital image was applied directly to a wall in the Virginia Tech ROTC building (right). Thanks to Sign Systems, a once bare hallway became an inspiring, compelling statement.

The Sign Systems design team helped this business owner create a uniquely elegant sign by combining a custom sandblasted sign face with unusual metal detailing. The result is a beautiful monument sign that stands out in a crowd.

New Radford City Sign

A new sign for the New River City!

A true masterwork of design and fabrication, every inch of this 7 by 14 foot sign is crafted with diligent attention to detail.

Such a large project demanded extra care from start to finish. Originally routed in four separate sections from long-lasting, environmentally friendly HDU, the sign was then assembled by our team of experienced fabricators. Next, it would begin the first of several finishing processes.

After custom sandblasting the assembled panels, the Sign Systems team launched into finishing the sign face with intricate artistic work. The application of a unique crushed glass treatment called Smaltz adds brilliant depth and character to this genuine work of art.
